Poziionare, paturi confortabile, parcare subterana.

Micul dejun pe langa ca a fost saracacios, a fost exact acelai in fiecare zi (am stat 6 nopi) diferenta ca in ultima zi a lipsit untul. Pe toata perioada nu s-a facut nici macar odata curaenie. Galagia care se auzea de la terasa aflata la parter.

Personalul de la curaenie ii face treaba exemplar.

Hotelul este cotat cu 4 stele din care una nu ii are locul acolo. am fost cazati in partea noua a cladirii, camera a fost mica i ca atare supraincarcata dei avea numai patul, doua noptiere i un fotoliu, am rezervat cu doua paturi am primit cu pat matrimonial, camera era plasata fix langa spaiul deschis pentru micul dejun aa ca dei in vacana m-am trezit cand a inceput servirea in zgomotul farfuriilor i tacamurilor.

Hotelul este situat la cateva minute de Universitate i teatrul National. Camerele sunt foarte frumoase, mari, curate i luminoase (am avut doua geamuri in camera), cu mobilier modern. Baia e mare, zona de dus la fel i e dotata cu tot ce e nevoie. Hotelul are la parter o zona de bar cu mese i fotolii elegante i o terasa dragua unde poi bea o cafea. Recepionerii sunt foarte prietenoi i amabili. am facut check-in-ul dimineaa, dei in mod normal se facea la pranz. Ne-am simit extraordinar in cele 7 zile petrecute acolo. Vom reveni cu mare drag.

apartamentul este situat intr-o zona foarte buna aproape de Otopeni/IKEa si la cateva minute distanta de centru cu masina,cu parcare in incinta complexului. apartamentul este spatios, curat, bine amenajat. Balconul este ca o terasa cu vedere la Muzeul aviatiei.

Locatia este usor de gasit, dar ca sa ajungi la apartament nu am primit absolut nicio indicatie, unde este, ce nr este, cum se intra. In cadrul complexului sunt mai multe cladiri (birouri/apartamente) fara nicio informatie e foarte greu sa gasesti apartamentul, noroc ca am dat de un paznic care stia ce cautam si ne-a explicat unde sa sunam ca sa aflam nr apartamentului iar dupa ne-a indrumat el. Unele lucruri sunt cam invechite, ar putea fi schimbate. Suportul de dus este rupt. Daca ai fierbator si espressor, ar fi recomandat sa ai si ceai/cafea pentru a utiliza aceste electrocasnice.

Un hotel de 4 stele curat, modern i bine poziionat. Distana pana la Palatul Parlamentului este de aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos, iar staia de autobuz se afla chiar in faa hotelului. Personalul amabil, mancare foarte buna, iar camera a fost spaioasa i patul confortabil. De asemenea, la check out, personalul a fost de mare ajutor i ne-a permis sa ne depozitam la recepie bagajele pana seara.

Design luxos cu mobilier de calitate, mic dejun de trei stele nu de patru.

Cele doua camere in care am fost cazati sunt maxim de trei stele. Cand a fost construit probabil erau de 4. Intre timp uzura si-a spus cuvantul iar baile sunt o gluma proasta. Receptionerul si ospatarul se poarta de parca este banca datoare la ei si sunt proprietari de hotel. O sa evit pe cat posibil in viitor acest hotel. Nu isi merita pretul.

Camera curata, conforma cu descrierea.

am interactionat cu 2 receptioneri in 2 situatii diferite. ambii au fost deranjati de prezenta noastra acolo, probabil pentru ca nu eram imbracati la costum, ci eram cu ghiozdanele in spate ca turisti. Probabil tineau locul adevaratilor angajati care o fi fost plecati la mall-ul alaturat.

Personalul de la receptie dezamagitor am gasit caloriferul oprit, frig in camera au deschis caldura doar dupa discuii In baie nici macar nu exista calorifer Perei murdari Mucegai Curaenia lasa mult de dorit am dorit schimbarea camerei din twin in dubla Diferena ceruta a fost de la suma fara comisionul platit cartea site astfel am ajuns sa achit pentru o camera dubla oribila 126 lei in loc de 100 cat era pe site NU RECOMaND!

Garsoniera foarte ok, bine mobilata, chestii de smart home, miros suoer fain

Mi so cerut chiar daca am platit in avans cazarea, 20 de euro pentru curaenie ceea ce nu mi so parut ok mai ales Ca nu primisem pana atunci nici un detaliu despre check in sau despre cum se poate face asta. Se putea spune de dinainte. Ruinos Usa la baie nubse inchide si este absolut oribil. Nu poto sa faci nimic. Se lasase frigul si nu ai optiune sa dai caldura mai tare chiar daca ai centrala termica.
